So yesterday......
In CW class everyone critiqued my manuscript. I was kind of nervous, not about the poetry, I was a bit shakey on the short story. But everyone said it was a page turner. Which made us both relieved and happy. Only really negative thing was that I had no setting and i didn't give much exposition in the pshycic. But I knew from the git-go that was guna be an issue, I just wanted to get the concept on paper and work on the filler stuff later (just a little background on the story, There is this guy who meets this physicic lady at a fair, she says he's guna meet death by fire, he's go paranoid, and ends up having to choose between saving his best freind from a burning plane and risking his life or watching his best friend die in front of his eyes) it aint so bad, just gotta add a bit more. But anyways its 1. guna grab sum lunch and then head over to the center. Can't wait to see the kiddos.

North Cal College Tour
But anyways, The last 3 days have been amazing. I took a college tour with lbcc and got to see UC Berkeley, San Francisco State, Stanford, and UC Santa Cruz.
UC Berkeley
This campus was awesome, there were tons of people. And I love the metropolitan feel to it. And of course the liberalism lol. Me and Donald (one of my new friends from the trip), hiked up the Haas 'school of business since we're both buis majors and the place was top notch. They had just remodeled the whole building so it looks brand new. We went down to the buis library and I swear there must have been 60 people down there and all I could here is the sound of my own breathe. It quiter than outer space. Everyone is all about gettin their shit done. No bullshit. And I love that. The city life is also amazing to, we went down down to fisherman's wharf and had a great time. We went to this place called Boudin which is like this resturaunt the make soudough bread, and they have all kinds of creations like teddy bears, sea turtules, really crazt cool stuff. Bottomline Berkeley is going to be my home!!!!
Stanford
This place honestly looks like something out of a story book. The buildings all lok brand new and the architecture is all breath-taking. It's quiet there, but I liked it. It had a certain air of prestige and legacy that I simply cannot put into words. And plus their fin aid program is the best in the world. If ur fam makes under 100k, you get free tution, if ur fam makes under 60k (grin) you get an automatic full ride for all your undergraduate years. Stanford is my official #2, and I'm definetely apllying.
San Francisco State:
Its basically like lbxcc but twice the size...... Don't get me wrong, I love my school with all my heart, but when I transfer I want to go somewhere different.
UC Santa Cruz
Hands down!!!!! The most beatuiful display of natural scenary I haave ever scene. If I had to pick a place that I felt most closely resembled the Garden of Eden. This would be it.
All in all, this was an AMAZING trip saw some awesome schools, met alot of cool new peeps, and played laser tag till the wee hours of the night. I f***ing love college!!!!!!
